Feature


Working Principle

The polyurethane injection machine adopts a two-component mixing injection system. Polyether polyol is usually called component A and isocyanate is called component B. The two components are mixed in a precise ratio in the mixing head and then injected into the mold under high pressure. In the mold, the two components react chemically, foam and solidify quickly to produce various polyurethane products.


Structural composition

Material flow system: responsible for storing and transporting the two components A and B raw materials, usually including material tanks, pipes, valves and other components. The material tank generally adopts a sandwich structure to achieve constant temperature control and ensure the stable performance of the raw materials.


Metering system:

The high-precision metering pump can accurately control the delivery volume of the two components A and B to ensure the accuracy of the mixing ratio, which is not affected by the fluctuations of material temperature, pressure and viscosity.

Air system: Provides power for the pneumatic components of the equipment, such as controlling the opening and closing of valves, the movement of the mixing head, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

 

Heating system: Heats the raw materials to keep them within the appropriate temperature range to meet the needs of chemical reactions. It also helps to improve the fluidity of the raw materials and ensure the effect of mixing and injection.

 

Cleaning system: After each injection, the mixing head and pipeline are cleaned to prevent the residual solidification of raw materials, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment and product quality. There are usually two cleaning methods: automatic cleaning and manual cleaning.


Mixing device: It is the core component of the polyurethane injection machine. It fully mixes the two components A and B at high speed so that they can react evenly to form the required polyurethane product.
